David Langton was the guest on Annette Naif's show, A TURN OF EVENTS.

David believes in using the power of design to promote, educate, entertain, and inform — especially in the small business and nonprofit space where there is a clear need for effective communication. His team has worked for a range of businesses. They launched a national wellness program for Pfizer and managed it for 10 years. They have created brands and websites for insurance companies and designed campaigns for Fortune 500 companies with consultancies like EY, Deloitte, and Mercer.

Over time, David came to see that small businesses and nonprofits could benefit greatly from the power of design as a transformative tool in promoting change in our world. They have worked with numerous organizations including Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation, Children's Aid, The International Rescue Committee, and The Legal Aid Society. For over 10 years, David has been teaching communication design and media studies courses at Hostos College/CUNY in the Bronx.

David shared a wealth of information about:

-What the signs are that your brand needs to be refreshed;

-What is involved in doing a branding project;

-How we can be sure that the client will like the new brand;

-If a new logo can turn around a company;

-How to come up with ideas for a new logo; and

-so much more!
